How to use hotkeys starting with ctrl+shift in Fedora if layouts are switched by ctrl+shift?

All my life I switched layouts by ctrl + shift. Recently I installed Fedora and found that hotkeys starting with ctrl+shift do not work, for example, copying text from the console, highlighting text by words. How to overcome this trouble?

And if you put Alt + Shift, then those starting with Alt + Shift will not work. You need to use something that cannot be used in hotkeys. For example Alt+Caps or 2 shifts, 2 controls etc.
