How to customize keyboard arrows? Use other keys instead of arrows?

I bought a laptop, and it has a slightly non-standard keyboard.
The arrow buttons are slightly lower than the rest of the keys, making it difficult to find them when typing with the touch method. I thought I'd get used to it, but it doesn't work, there is a pause until I find them, it turns out to look faster than trying to grope.
Maybe there are some hot keys that would use some combinations instead of arrows? I work in terminal mostly.
