How to switch keyboard layout by Ctrl-Shift-Number in Ubuntu/Linux Mint? In Windows it is configured by standard means. Three languages are used, and therefore it is easier to enable the desired layout by the appropriate combination, for example, Ctrl-Shift-1 turns on the English layout, Ctrl-Shift-2 Russian, etc.

I don’t know how things are in ubuntu / mint with the layout and bindings, maybe there is a more “native” tool, but I will offer a universal option:
probably any DE has a hotkey daemon, add a change of layout for the keys you need:
Ctrl + Shift + 1 setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout us
Ctrl+Shift+2 setxkbmap -model pc104 -layout ru
etc.
