On Linux, it is possible to set an input language modifier key to temporarily switch the language while that key is pressed.
This is very convenient when you enter text in Russian and you need to enter single characters #'~$&<>[]{}, etc., which are not in the Russian layout.
Is there any way to set the modifier key in Windows?
