Keyboard layout

How to exclude the keyboard layout from the general queue in Win10, but still keep its shortcut?

I use three layouts: RU, EN and UA. At the same time, UA is rarely needed, but not so much that each time it is manually turned on and off in the system. However, in the process of switching between the two main ones, it greatly interferes.

I want to achieve the result that the UA layout is excluded from the general queue when switching by default with Alt-Shift, but at the same time I can call it with hotkeys or in a couple of mouse clicks when necessary, and then "hide" it again.

Is there a ready solution for this problem?

@benipaz

make two scripts in PowerShell. the first one adds the UA, the second one removes it.
scripts are minimal and fairly simple
