How to turn 2 poppies into 1?

Good afternoon Toaster!
I got a macbook pro 13 retina.
I connected it to a 24'' DELL monitor and was horrified by the quality of the fonts and the picture itself. Something soapy. Apparently, the problem is that the poppy and the monitor work at different resolutions.
Hence the desire to connect a mac mini to a monitor and use a macbook outside the home.
Task: at any time to continue working on both macbook and macmini. Files and software must be identically configured.
How can this be done? So far, with regard to files, only working with them in the dropbox climbs into my head, but what about the software?

Just set the desired monitor resolution.
Mac mini is not needed - there is a macbook, and you can connect it to the monitor, besides it is more powerful.
So just ditch the Mac mini.

I think the best option is cloud solutions. For example, it is quite convenient to work with tables through Google Drive, etc. You can also store small databases on them. Why can't you just set the required resolution on the second monitor?

Duc is elementary -
Files on a flash drive
Software and the entire system can be installed and configured once and then easily transferred to any poppy
Some softwares can also be on a flash drive

Also a Dell monitor, faced the same problem. Here is the solution:
www.ireckon.net/2013/03/force-rgb-mode-in-mac-os-x...
It helped me, although of course the pixel density (PPI) on the mac and on the monitor is different, and this noticeably. But the soapiness is gone.
