I installed a second disk in mac mini ssd, it is not detected, why?

Hello.
I master MAC OS, so knowledge is minimal.
I removed the Windows 7 SSD from the PC, after cloning it to a larger SSD, installed it in the MAC MINI as a second disk. It is not defined anywhere. I inserted it for a long time, I would not want to disassemble it again.
This is fine? How to format this drive to NTFS from under MAC OS? Should the disk be defined at least as a device, like how disks are shown in the PC BIOS? Where can I watch it?

How to format this drive to NTFS from under MAC OS?
regular means in any way: makos natively supports ntfs read-only.
therefore, either to score on ntfs (preferably), or install third-party drivers (paragon / tuxera).
Where can I watch it?
run Disk Utility /Applications/Utilities/Disk Utility.app and see.
if the disk is not visible there at all, then there are troubles with connecting the disk or its definition by the system.
