Mac Mini

Which Mac mini is right for an interface designer?

Hey!
I am an interface designer. I plan to switch to mac. It should be powerful enough for my work (There will be Photoshop, there will be Illustrator, Sketch and other software), while I don’t need anything beyond my tasks. I don't play games, I don't plan on processing 500 layer scale images.
The market offers several options:
1) by RAM: 4 gb, 8 gb, 16 gb
2) by processor: core i5, core i7
3) by frequency: 2.6, 2.8, 3.0
Question: which combination of parameters to choose for your tasks? what would you recommend?
Py.Sy. I consider these parameters to be the most important, perhaps you have your own opinion on this matter. Share.
Py.Py.Sy.
The choice I'm personally leaning towards at the moment is: (either\or)
a) core i5, 8 gb, 2.6 (more attractive in price, but is it sufficient for my tasks?)
b) core i5, 16 gb, 2.6 (more attractive due to the amount of RAM, but is it noticeable for my tasks? maybe it is not justifiably powerful for them and something simpler is quite suitable?)

what you described - even ordinary linux with its Gimp Inkscape is suitable for this
, as well as windows photoshop and corel draw
and Mac as well ... with its own software .. The
operating system is just a tool

Look on the resale MD388 Late 2012. This is really the best that the mini has. Put in an ssd, finish off the memory if necessary - you get a great tool.
You can take MD387 - simpler, easier to find (it's easier to part with them) weaker.
Although I have just such - I am completely satisfied, 8 memory, ssd.
In a mini it is important to have an ssd, a regular screw is a bottleneck
