Which of these Mac models will be upgradeable?

I am looking for a Mac for developing and testing applications for iOS.
Basically I choose from these models:
Mac Mini MGEN2RU/A
MacBook Pro 13" MF839RU
MacBook Pro 13" Z0QM0027F
MacBook Pro 13" MLVP2RU/A
There is a fear that very soon 8 gigs of RAM may not be enough, and in a couple of years you will also want a drive change, but the information on these models is very contradictory on the Internet, who can say for sure?
Perhaps I have not considered some other models that are now in retail.

The latest MacBook Pro that allows you to upgrade memory and hard drives is the latest model of 2012, not a retina.
