Where can I find mac os 10.4-10.6 to install from a flash drive?

Do not rush to send to Google. We tried almost two dozen (almost all distributions from the rutracker and also from foreign resources) dmg and iso images - the installer does not see the flash drive. I tried to burn a DVD disc too - it is not detected. Transmac and balenaEtcher were used to burn the flash drive. balenaEtcher immediately writes to me that the image is not suitable for creating a flash drive. For the test, I fed the image of version 10.13 - balenaEtcher happily swallowed it. How are they different. Can someone tell me a proven program for creating bootable flash drives or where to download the desired image from which you can reinstall mac os? I'm already desperate)

@Anarchy

For these versions, to make a USB, you need mac os, you just need to write a DVD from an ISO image and everything should work right away, without any left-handed applications.
