Why does macOS give weird file names?

My friend's Macbook gives strange file names, for example, the file is originally called report.docx, but when my friend sends me this file, its name changes to 1ce8d9ae1109a3c2.docx

Elliot Alderson , the problem isn't with the MacBook.
Discord, when transferring files, only understands the Latin alphabet in file names.
Cyrillic characters in the file name are automatically replaced.
