You have to constantly look at the phone, from whom they came and open the desired chat. Support TG maintains spartan calm and silence. The most epic is that notifications are displayed from viber, votsap and other rubbish, from mail too, the cart is silence. What happened to them - xs.

Faced the same problem. There are no notifications, icons appear in the line at the top of the screen on the telegram icon stating that unread messages are hanging, but there are no notifications themselves. I rearranged different versions of the cart from both the appstore and the site - to no avail. macbookpro on m1

TG has no support as such. Volunteers only
Reinstall completely

The problem persists, reinstalling does not help.
Mac M1, desktop edition. There are no notifications. In the OS X settings, Telegram notifications are missing.
