Disk format error. How to fix?

In MAC OS recovery mode, it gives an error when formatting the disk / I can’t get into the computer. Unable to unmount. UPD: how I came to the error.
1. cmd + r turn on, open disk utility, press 1 tb hdd (first in the list), erase disk, unable to unmount error
