Is it possible to run the same application downloaded via epstor at the same time on a poppy?

I want to run one iOS application in several instances at the same time on a poppy with an M1 processor. Game, poker room PokerBROS.

How to do it?

A typical Mac application can be launched several times: in the terminal open -n "/Applications/Calculator.app"- each execution will launch a new copy of the Calculator for example.
But TS wants to launch an app for iOS, some kind of poker room. iOS applications can be run on the M1 processor. But the trick with multiple instances of one application is not supported.
