How to set up mail on Debian?

Good morning! I have such a problem, I can not put mail on the Debian server.
I tried to install Postfix, but version 2.11 does not want to accept virtual_* parameters and swears at startup

Postfix does not understand these options. They are taught by the VDA patch, and you have it assembled without it. Either look for a postfix version with this patch, or try to configure it using a different manual. The manuals www.howtoforge.com helped me
