Maybe in the BIOS is the type of operating system? And you need to write it down as for a UEFI device.

"32" is the bitness of the operating system?
Ubuntu does not have a 32 bit UEFI bootloader, only 64 bit.

UEFI does not display any errors when booting is not possible.
So the impossibility of loading looks exactly like this - it blinks silently, nothing happens and throws it back.

A similar problem was seen on a Lenovo netbook, but in my case, the device would freeze after selecting any item in Grub when booting from a flash drive for installation. Not a single program for writing an image to USB helped. I removed the HDD, plugged it into a home stationary, started it from USB, installed the system, plugged the HDD back into the netbook.
