What do you recommend for streaming music?

Hello!
I want to raise some kind of streaming audio server, that is, the task is as follows:
There is a folder with music, you need to somehow stream this music over the network, so that to listen to music, it would be enough to insert the server url into the browser and the music would play, by analogy with Internet radio.
Advise something please (preferably on linux)
