How to duplicate panel settings in Linux mint 20?

I reinstalled linux mint 20 and want to duplicate a panel on a second monitor, how can I copy the settings from one panel to another?
earlier in the panel edit mode there was an option "Copy panel/applet settings"
now it's gone. Can you help?
