How to set up mail?

You need to run the site on vps. I used to use panels like ispmanager, but now I decided to set it up myself. I can raise a web server, set up a database or a scheduler, but I have never been friends with mail. How to set up an email client? We need a web face, with the ability to answer the client from there.

Google it one by one: postfix+mailjet+rouncube/SquirrelMail
Fastest and ok option. (mailjet= DKIM+SPF+6000 free emails)
Receiving mail (if one mailbox): redirect [email protected] to your personal mail.
(Do not kick those who know more than me. I myself work this way and that's the norm.)
