How to properly embed key phrases in an article?

Good day fellow experts! For the information portal of the Stavropol region, it is required to write many articles about interesting places and events in the Stavropol Territory. These articles will go in a separate feed in the news with the tags: recreation and tourism, entertainment, useful, etc.,.
Here is how the places of Stavropol look on the map and in the feed of places:
Interesting places in Stavropol
1 question: tell me how to properly implement keywords and where it is better to take them so that it gives an advantage over competitors: through search suggestions or LF through wordstat?
Question 2: do the keys need to be implemented literally or can they be diluted with words?
__________
For now, I’m just taking Wordstat, choosing a topic and prescribing, but I would like to give search engines more coverage so that the article contains not only virtual tours, but also virtual excursions.
I will be glad to examples / hints and suggestions.

@dativav

You are using technologies that have not been working in Yandex for 6 years.
and 4 years as they do not work in Google.
You don't need to embed any keywords.
Just write INTERESTING on a GIVEN topic.

Agree with dativa , write interesting and most importantly put the key query in the title, and you can incline it however you like - the search engine will still recognize it correctly)

The key phrase should be:
