What are the legal aspects when opening a marketplace in the Russian Federation?

Tell me, plz, who knows. I am an individual entrepreneur, before that I successfully sold my software through a website, now there is a need to sell other people's software through the site, i.e. launch a marketplace.

What are the legal moments? IP is enough for this? Do I need to declare another area of activity? How to transfer money to product authors? Anyone with experience please share.

Thank you!

about the movement of money
To whom will you pay money - an individual or a legal entity / individual entrepreneur? from which countries?
If we are talking about the Russian Federation and payments to legal entities, the easiest way is to receive all the money for individual entrepreneurs and then pay simply to their current accounts.
If you need to pay to individuals, then you need to connect a special payment system for the marketplace - so that it "splits" the payment itself and makes payments to individuals and commissions separately.
about taxes
You add an "agency agreement" (offer) to the site - and then only your commission gets into your "taxable income base". Do not confuse this with 15% income minus expenses - this is different! Google about the "Agency Agreement" - it gives a favorable taxation.
Sole proprietor at 6% sold goods for 1000 rubles, your commission is 20%
your taxable income 20% of 1,000 rubles = 200 rubles
6% tax tax from 200 rubles. will be = 12 rubles.
also do not forget to reduce the STS tax by the amount of PFR / CHI contributions paid

@Mi11er

You will be as an agent, tax is paid on your percentage. Only PSN will not work here
