How to overclock AMD Phenom II X6 2.80GHz?

The processor that I actually want to overclock is indicated in the question, the mother of ASUS M5A78 LE (it seems like it can be overclocked, even on the off site it says that there are additional functions to increase processor performance). What is the actual problem. Initially, I tried to overclock through the BIOS, I found it on YouTube on a vidos where the same percentage was overclocked and also on the asus motherboard, only a little bit of a different model. But here's the trouble, I don't have the AI Tweaker tab in the BIOS, I found something similar. put in manual control and disabled AMD core technolohy disabled. and those parameters that need to be changed simply do not exist. namely, CPU BUS Frequrncy (base frequency of the processor) and CPU voltage (previously setting also to manual control)
Maybe someone has come across and knows the solution, thanks in advance to everyone who will give at least some information))

There is another way to overclock on the bus (FSB Frequency). The operating frequency of the processor is equal to the frequency on the bus multiplied by the processor multiplier. If you increase it, then the processor's operating frequency will also increase. The disadvantage of this method is that the RAM is also dependent on this frequency. With an increase, the RAM will also (or will not, if it does not support) work at an increased frequency.
