How to disable alert from server?

There is an ASUS RS500-E6/PS4 platform. Due to some flaws in hardware monitoring, it transmits complete nonsense as readings from several sensors and constantly sets an alert on two fans that are not there. vmware 6.0. You reset the alert (reset to green) - it appears again. You confirm, then reset - it still appears.

The question is how to:
- either convince vmware that nothing bad is happening
- or convince asus to transfer normal data
