Why is the image dimmed when opened in different editors?

Images through some editors began to open with blackout. For example, the same picture is darkened when opened in Photoshop or in the Photo Viewer in Windows, and if the same picture is opened through Paint, then it is as it should be. Screen attached.

different color profiles, nothing can be done. save better in sRGB
