Lost Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on Asus monoblock. How to recover?

Internet suddenly disappeared on Asus monoblock. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are not visible in the task manager. Can't see available networks etc.

If something "suddenly disappeared" then you can try to restore it by simply rolling back the system to a checkpoint. It's most likely an update.
