How to connect a stereo system to a computer/phone?

Hey! I have an old stereo system (or acoustic, I don't understand) LG FFH-217AX.

As far as I understand, the sound from it should be of high quality, and I want to connect it to a phone / computer via a 3.5mm mini-jack or bluetooth. Question: is it possible to do this somehow without big troubles? Is it possible to buy some kind of adapter? If yes, which one?
