You can manage all this with TapStrap, and use your smartphone as a screen, that is, there must be at least 2 bluetooth adapters. Bluetooth is not suitable for displaying a video stream, even compressed, so a remote screen through it is a utopia.

The bluetooth does not have enough bandwidth. For 10 years they have been trying to bring UWB-based bluetooth to the market, but there is something with licenses. Perhaps they will release it under the wireless usb brand.
