Asus laptop does not see memory, how to fix it??

Having done this: "Win + R -> msconfig -> Loading -> Advanced options -> Maximum memory"
I saw that the maximum memory of 4GB (4096) is no longer available, although Windows is at 64x.
Looking through CPU-Z in SPD Both slots are empty, just reinstalled Windows, maybe it's connected with this or the RAM is dead ??
What can be??

How much was something? How much should be? How many slots actually? How many slats in fact?
If one bar is not 4 GB, then probably yes, half dead and under replacement. You can still run Memtest.
