How to install linux mint from microsd?

Hello! I have at my disposal an asus t100ha laptop on which I need to install linux mint (and Windows crashed on it). Also in my arsenal there is a tablet on Android 7.0 and a phone on Android too. And of course the microsd on which the linux mint image is recorded.
I'll clarify, I don't have a USB flash drive or a card reader. The task is for the BIOS to see the microsd and boot the operating system from it.
I thought about connecting a tablet with microcd via USB, but as it turned out, without root rights on the tablet, this is impossible (there is no such usb configuration. And you can’t get root rights without a computer).
Who has any ideas?

Well, here you have two external drives, and a card reader.
Both on the tablet and on the phone, are both blocked? Or have you just not heard about Framaroot, ODIN, Kingroot and the rest?
By the way, some of these devices work in the mode of a simple card reader when turned off, which is not uncommon.
