Problem with Internet. The router writes - the DHCP service of the Internet service provider is not working properly. What to do?

There is a regular home (cable) Internet, when connected directly to the computer, everything works, and the router (ASUS) issues the DHCP service of the Internet service provider does not work correctly. Everything that was on the Internet did not help, or I did not search well. Resetting the router to factory settings didn't help either.
I tried to connect another router (TP-LINK) it also does not plow.

Perhaps your ISP uses a static IP address and therefore the router cannot receive anything?
but in general, I think in this case the most excellent solution is to call the provider and clarify the connection parameters. If you don’t understand anything, it’s time to call the master.

The best thing to do is to call your ISP's tech support.

Call those. support.
For example, my hoster has a fixed MAC address. And when you connect new equipment to his cable, you need to call them and have them re-tie it.
