The touchpad does not work correctly in a laptop, what should I do?
I have an ASUS X552CL laptop. An ordinary, unremarkable state employee on Intel Pentium 2117U with 8GB of RAM, GeForce 710M, 120Gb SSD.
I restored the original image of Windows 8 on it, installed firewood, updated it to Windows 10. Removed unnecessary firewood and installed fresh ones specially for the new axis. Because I always work with the mouse, I didn’t immediately notice the following: when you turn on the computer, the touchpad works for 3-5 minutes, after which it either responds only to pressing (and then, every other time), or the cursor twitches a little. The drivers are the latest everywhere, ATK is also installed from the office. site (control of the F1-F12 keys via Fn), the touchpad is enabled in the BIOS, everything is in order in the power settings, in the task manager it is seen as ASUS Touchpad (ACPI\VEN_FLT&DEV_0101). Please advise how to fix the problem. Thanks in advance.

If you restored the original image, it is not clear which drivers had to be installed. After upgrading to 10, why did something turn out to be superfluous? Boot from any suitable LiveCD and run the touchpad for misbehavior over time. If everything works, then restore the OS using a new one, only without amateur performance. Good luck.
