How to get rid of gp heating when overclocking ram?

Such an interesting case.
There are two brackets Crucial Ballistix DDR3 with built-in XMP: 8-8-8-24 1600 voltage 1.5
I put 10-10-10-24 2400, I don’t change
the voltage ma97 r2.0 mother.
In stress tests, the RAM behaves normally, but in games the R9 290 starts to heat up hellishly to 85 gr. with 70% turnover. This was not the case before memory overclocking. There are no visible problems / artifacts / lags.
How does memory affect the load of a video card?

@Wexter

Apparently performance before this rested on memory
