Bought 3 days ago. Windows 10 is installed. Even when the processor is loaded at 1%, that is, the system at rest, the cooler spins at maximum speed. The temperatures of the processor, hard disk are normal. I tried to change the system to 8.1, the same thing happens. What could be the reason?

Install the native drivers on the mother, maybe the device management is cropped there.
