I have never done this. I read the manual, it says what can be done using the Erase Utility. But I did not find the HP website how to download it.

What do you need to get in the end? Stupidly rub everything and everything? You can boot from their proprietary installation disk.
A liveCD would be easier, but you'll have to deal with the RAID drivers. And you can, by the way, like this - chop off the RAID in the BIOS nafig, boot from what is convenient and operate with it like with ordinary disks. Then collect again. Or not to collect - it depends on what you again need
