Windows crashes when downloading files from the Internet - but not in safe mode, what should I do?
Windows server 2019, but I think this is not so important here. It crashes in a terrible way with error 0x00000139 and a link to tcpip.sys when downloading files from the Internet, torrents, playlists from YouTube - it doesn’t matter. Moreover, torrents are still 50/50 pumping, but if you try to download a playlist from YouTube in 50 streams, it immediately falls into blue. And! If you boot into safe mode with network support, then the download goes like clockwork. That is, somewhere some kind of programmatic is interfering, some kind of service, but how to find out what is interfering? I have already removed everything that is possible, turned off any autoload and still some rubbish interferes.

After many hours of picking and parsing, I still managed to defeat the bsod by installing a network driver of some ancient version, downloaded from God knows where.
