program to lock the computer after NN minutes of work

Gnome has a wonderful program that monitors user activity (bear movements, keyboard work) and if the user works continuously for more than the time specified in the settings, the computer is locked and the user is invited to take a walk for 5 minutes (can also be configured). Unfortunately, there is no gnome at work and I can’t see what the program is called, but something from the standard ubuntu set.

Looking for something similar under windows XP. It is desirable free, highly specialized (and not a hefty program that eats 200 MB of RAM) and non-buggy.

I would write a batch file and insert it into autoload ... from one command:
shutdown -r -t 3300
And then your computer will reboot CAM, and you will rest ... :) ...

and if you have it, don’t look, because this is a function sewn into the dwarf, and not a separate program :)

Well, no one bothers you to expand the script with 2 more commands:
a minute before the start of the restart - call the message box, pause and then start the shutdown ... Well
, every minute you can have time to "save" ...

Tried different options, reminders and stuff. In the end, it all came down to “damn, again this thing came out in the middle of an important piece” and clicking on “postpone” or “postpone forever”.
At the moment I use the Alarm Cloack gadget for Win7 :

don't call them.
That is, when I am absorbed in the work, they do not pull out of work, but as soon as a minute appears, I notice that they flicker and take a break.
