Widget or utility for drawing directly on the desktop?
I am looking for a widget or a program that will allow me to draw on the desktop (Win7), perhaps, as an addition, to sculpt stickers.
I'm sure I'm not the first who thought to outline the desktop and stick it with stickers. Surely someone made the corresponding program.
Googled-googled - didn't google. Came here for help. Maybe someone knows, met something similar.
Thanks in advance.
UPD: you need but just a drawing on top of the screen. it is necessary that all marks remain on the desktop, regardless of whether the application is running or not. Like widgets in the seven.
My vision of how it could work: in the right button is the "mark" tool. when pressed, an editor opens that draws directly in the desktop background file, then saves it.

Once upon a time in Windows (it seems starting with NT) it was possible to put HTML pages on the desktop.
What if you make html with such a function and put it on your desktop.
Not exactly the same, but you might like it: Win + R → StikyNot
in whist with win + d everything was folded, including the widgets
in 7k, they did it normally, just remove the stickers from the widgets, but made the prog. it’s bad that it should be included separately - so it generally lost its meaning (at least for me)
