How to find a mentor / mentor or remote work for a beginner front-end developer?

Good afternoon, I am a beginner web developer, and I really, really want to continue to develop in this direction. But in order not to drown in the ocean of information, as well as to learn how to write beautiful and competent code, I really, really need a mentor (mentor).
I can and love to independently search for information and solve problems of various levels. To gain experience and portfolio and work in REAL conditions, I am ready to take on any job (including for free) and will be glad to any recommendations. I am ready to discuss financial compensation with a mentor (within reasonable limits).
My entire professional career has always been closely related to web development and work with sites (for a long time I worked as an Internet marketer). As a result, I successfully graduated (having defended the project) in html-academy (basic course).
A little about my experience:
- Knowledge of Photoshop;
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS basics;
- Valid, cross-browser layout;
- Familiarity with adaptive layout;
- Basic knowledge of JS (I'm currently studying on my own);
- Experience with Git version control system;
- Work with sites in the system Bitrix, WordPress;
- High organization, ability to work on several projects simultaneously;
- Striving for growth, constant self-education;
- Desire to achieve high results;
Write, I will be glad to cooperate with you! Love A.

Firstly, you can help non-profit projects for free, often they need to help with existing sites on trifles or make a new one, see the it-volunteer project .
You can also find a mentor for your area of interest at mkdev.me . At one time, I studied the basics of the frontend and programming in Ruby on Rails with two mentors there, and this was the strongest impetus in improving the foundation of my knowledge.
In general, the best approach that a novice web developer can take in the absence of customers or an employer is not just to learn new knowledge, but to make projects. Let it be an educational project, but it should always be available online and should be working. This can be used as a portfolio. Plus, when you create a site from scratch - from development to deploying on a hosting and registering it in search engines, you gain a lot of experience.

Is this a question or a summary of a typical dumping white man?
Remote work without real experience - no way.
Freelancing without real experience - replenishing the ranks of those who want to compete in unpaid slavery and without development prospects.
Mentor - through good friends / acquaintances who have nothing else to do. Well, another option is to pay someone else's work.
The way out is to get a job at a company, or rather, a possible internship.

You can place an ad on the site (5$ or 10$). Write "a novice web developer, I will take on the work of initial and medium complexity, the payment is symbolic." I'm sure you'll be flooded with offers. Work on real projects and earn some money. When you level up, start another topic and set the normal price tag. It is very likely that by this time you will already have regular customers.

Advice: go to the company as a junior, improve your skills there and you will have real experience.
If we talk about training, you can search for free from various non-profit organizations for training, but there are no guarantees how successful the search will be. And, of course, paid education.

From my own experience, I know that it is not easy to find a mentor, as a rule, specialists develop already having got a job, you can ask friends in social networks or communities, but the chance of someone wanting to spend a lot of time on mentoring is small. There are several services where you can find a mentor, for example , takeoffer.ru , in addition, as part of online courses, you can receive feedback on homework as in https://geekbrains.ru/ and others. Another option, suitable for experienced professionals, is to work on some open source project, library or tool at https://github.com/
