How to formalize a relationship with an employer remotely?

Greetings!
They offered a job in a web studio on the terms of "1 month of trial period, payment of 50% of the salary 2 times a month (that is, the first 2 weeks I will work on parole), if everything is fine, then I am employed by the Labor Code.
Their scheme is not legal, I suppose. But maybe it's normal when hiring remote employees and many do it?
And what is the salary? I was offered 40,000 per month. 20,000 on a trial basis. I will be engaged in website promotion. Moscow studio.

You don't lose anything, you gain experience. And most of the remote offices work on the "black"

Damn, why do you not like normal freelancing? You can get your money every day / once a week. And then some kind of slavery, IMHO. Moreover, the experience will not go, the meaning is generally lost

well, they won’t offer alternatives, the position is apparently with a turnover and most people don’t pull work and quit, and a little the company hesitates to register and fire 20 people a month.

The offer is legal if they are really going to draw up in a month.
The second option - you draw up an IP.
A remote employee is formalized in the same way as a regular employee and has the same rights (there were amendments to the law in this regard)
