How can a citizen of Kazakhstan get a job in the Russian Federation remotely?

I was interviewing with one company for remote work, they asked if I had an individual entrepreneur in the Russian Federation. Since I am from Kazakhstan, I naturally do not have an IP. Is it possible to somehow officially get a job remotely without having an IP?

What kind of question is that?
Of course you can. Another thing is that your employer does not want to, or rather wants to pay money as a counterparty, and not as an employee.
Quite a working scheme - ask your friends in Russia to work through their IP.
They conclude an agreement with your employer on the provision of services, you will receive money on the card in foreign currency. But in this case, you need to share from 7% of the amount of income and above + somehow legalize the receipt of money in your country.

Your options:
  • look for another employer
  • look for orders on freelance exchanges where IP is not required
  • open a sole proprietorship in Kazakhstan
  • score and go to the factory

Remotely without a visit to the Russian Federation - no way.

What is the problem in general? You draw up a civil law contract, and go ahead, it seems to be the easiest option for everyone. As for the transfer of money, try Yandex, they have the ability to transfer funds by sending to a Russian account, with a note in which wallet: https://yandex.ru/support/money/add/wire-transfer.html
