How to create an installation Windows with pre-installed (installed in the process) programs?

Knowledgeable people, tell me:
I want to implement an automatic installation of Windows 10 (ISO) with programs preinstalled or installed in the process (basic set like office, browser, archivers, etc.) , without deploying ready-made images and installing firewood on a PC and on laptops , you just start the installation of the system and at the output you get a ready-to-use product (like the old ZVERDVD).
You have to configure a lot of machines and install programs too, somewhere it is solved by removing the image, but it doesn’t always work out, different configurations, devices.
How can this be done without shamanism?
PS Please do not write lengthy answers, like:

Look towards automating the installation and response file. In these files, you fill in the configs that you need.

I ask you to describe the process in more detail, well, or throw links to forums, instructions.

The fastest, most convenient, most accurate (absolutely identical copies) way to copy machines:
1. Capturing an image.
2. Filling the image.
Software: Acronis or Paragon.

Windows 10 usually pulls up the necessary firewood itself, without any shamanism, one image is deployed on both the Intel and AMD platforms
