How to fix the error - can this device run faster?

I bought this usb hub on ali.
Mini-High-Speed-USB-2-0-Hub-4-Ports-Port
A good seller (working time, rating, reviews)
The seller assures that the usb 2.0 hub.
But I have strange situations.
I tested the hub on three computers - all computers are relatively new. Drivers for the motherboard, of course, cost, like all other drivers.
Computer 1.
I connect the hub to the front panel, plug a USB flash drive into it and turn it on.
Message this device can work faster if connected to usb 2.0.
I stick a flash drive into the front panel - no messages.
I check download/upload speeds. Just a flash drive in the panel - the speed corresponds to usb 2.0.
Flash drive-hub-panel usb 1.0.
I connect the hub behind the computer. No messages. I check the download / upload speed - the speed corresponds to usb 2.0.
Computer 2.
I stick a flash drive anywhere - the speed corresponds to usb 2.0.
I connect the hub with a flash drive anywhere - the speed corresponds to usb 2.0.
No messages.
Computer 3.
I connect the hub to the front / rear panel (anyway, the result is the same) - there are no messages, it sees a flash drive. I check the download / upload speed - the speed corresponds to usb 2.0.
I turn off the hub and turn it on again - the message is that the device can work faster if it is connected to usb 2.0.
I turn off the hub and turn it on (for the third time) - Windows does not see the hub.
Flash drives changed. The result is the same.
What's the matter here? Without a hub, there are no messages on all three computers and any devices work at usb 2.0 speed. How to fix this error?

This may depend on hardware differences on the motherboard, on the load on the power supply, on the quality of the pins in the connector, and, of course, on the drivers. The best place to start is by updating the chipset drivers.
