What to do with thick wires in the server room?

I will be brief. There is a server room. There are many such twisted pair cords.

Now they enter the cabinets, but there is a lot of torment with them - they are heavy, almost do not bend.
Carrying them around the counter is a horror. The ports on the switches bend under the weight - sadness.
I'm missing some completely elementary solution. Which?

Patch panel - all wires are disconnected on the patch panel, tied tightly to the rack. Patch cords from the patch panel are connected to the switches.

Another option is to use wire trays, beautiful and reliable

Well, these are wires for external laying, they should come through wire trays into the patch panel, and from it with ordinary patch cords into switches. If there are only about a dozen of them, then you can connect them through the passers.
