Strange color display of the monitor?
Hello.
one). After replacing the video card (and cable), the image on the monitor became strange and unusual. If you describe, then it feels like a little sepia was superimposed. The white color has become more like a milky one.
2). The cursor display has become specifically wrong. Both on the desktop and in games, where the cursor changes to its own, it is displayed very dark. I'm pretty sure this is wrong because if I start dragging a window on the desktop, the cursor goes back to normal for the duration of the drag, after which I release the left mouse button and the cursor darkens back (noticeable on the custom grey/black cursor; on By default, the white cursor is noticeable if the download is in progress and a circle appears, which is not blue, but indigo).

temperature ”from 6500K (default) to approximately 9000K, you can correct this sepia, after which the colors become more or less as before, but the white color is still unpleasant and starts to give out either blue or gray instead of yellow. I don't know what to do with the cursor. While I was looking for information, the only more or less similar discussion was here: https://it-actual.ru/fix-incorrect-displaying-mous... I
reinstalled the OS (Windows 10 1803) and the BIOS too.
I would be extremely grateful for any help.

Incorrect display of the picture can be fixed: by changing the settings in the monitor itself, by changing the settings in the application from your video card, the color of the core in Windows itself, it can also be due to poor cable contact, and lastly (least likely, but it still cannot be ruled out) defective components
