Problem with SSD or motherboard?

I don’t know what the problem is, I installed a Transcend 370S SATA 6gb / s SSD or whatever SATA III is different and it doesn’t work, it says you connected it to SATA II, the joke is that on the motherboard all the ports for the drive under SATA III in the BIOS turned up nothing found if there is AHCI in the boot ... maybe someone has already encountered this problem?
motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 SSD :
SSD Transcend
370S I don’t know what I did myself, I poke everywhere, turned it on - turned it off and it worked. Reading speed increased to 511 MB, write up to 148 MB)) a little satisfied)

@Fixid

How would it work on SATA II. So give a specific error and a BIOS screen with a list of connected devices

Plug into the first port on the mother and that's it.
