How to clone ssd to raid with ubuntu?

There was a regular PC with ubuntu uefi (without a raid), we bought a dell server and there is a raid controller h310, I created raid1 on it, and now the question is how can I clone everything from the old ssd to raid1?

What is the difficulty? I remember transferring dd from one ssd to another. Raid mount and copy data from disk to disk. With full copying, even then you won’t need to install a hornbeam and change the fstab.
