How not to make a mistake when disconnecting a hard drive?

The system unit has two identical solid-state SSD hard drives. They worked in RAID1.
Right now one of them is drive C, the other one is D, Winows XP OS.
Task: hot (without restarting the system) disconnect disk D.
Question: How to determine which of the disks in the system is disk D.
The SSDs themselves have indicators that are constantly lit when the power is connected.

In my opinion, in various disk managers under Windows there were auxiliary inscriptions, for example, this disk is connected to a blah blah cable and entered into a blah blah RAID array ... Perhaps this will help you ...
If not, then through the BIOS.
