Should I restore a partition on raid1?

The bottom line is that at one point the system (win2008) rebooted and was no longer loaded. I stood on two screws in raid1, in principle, I think everything can be seen from the picture (below). On the Internet they write that with such a restoration, the sections will be rubbed, it is scary to agree with this operation. What to do tell me how to restore?

Simply plug in one drive and copy the desired data (or disk image) if there is no free disk of the required size. And then start the recovery.

I made an image, then agreed with the restoration, as a result, the partition table rose, entered the status of "collapsed" on one, the second disk is dead. Well, I'll buy new ones. Thank you all.
