How to safely reinstall Xenserver 7.2?

I have had such a problem.
Sideboard Lenovo with 8 disks of 1TB plows raised raid 5 and Xenserver 7.2
2 disks fell completely out of 8.
Replaced these two disks:
Rebuild
Initialization
Initialization of virtual disks.
A lot of time has gone.
All disks light up green.
The setting also turned green))
I launch it and then xen writes to me:
Welcome to GRUB!
I can't do anything and that's the way it is.
There is no backup of virtual servers and it is dangerous to lose them.
How to run it?
Is there a utility to restore xenserver 7.2?

@Zarom

RAID5 survives single drive failure, not two.

@opium

So you lost all data if raid 5

Here you are an evil pinocchio to yourself. Was there a hot spare drive in this array? Clones of the virtual machine image were made?

Write lost.

Well done. Are there any copies or archives of data that were spinning on virtual machines? Otherwise, a complete hit.
At you the array simply collapsed. Maybe you will find a company that will try to pull something out for a lot of money. Although the likelihood of this is not high.
