How to add disk to existing RADI5 (software, freebsd, geom)?

I have FreeNAS (freebsd 9.1)
Software raid5 assembled from 3 disks was used by GEOM.
It is necessary to add one more disk to the existing array without losing data (copying data then removing the disk and reassembling it, do not suggest.)
